Amir Textile possesses a certificate of "Global Organic Textile standard - GOTS"    which has been obtained from "Control Union Certifications" to  be able to produce organic items.                                   

Organic cotton is known as a cotton that is grown without chemical fertilizers or  pesticides from plants which are not geneticially modified. As of 2007,   265.517 bales of organic cotton were produced in 24 countries and worldwide production was growing at a rate of more than 50 % a year.

Turkey is one of the largest organic cotton producers in the world.                                                                            

It is healthier both for farmers and consumers and there is no risk of skin irritation as there will not be any residual chemicals on the finished garment.

Organic products are especially recommended for babies, children and pregnant women.
